Mitfolate is L-methylfolate on its own - 400 mcg per tablet, nothing else in the formula. It is the single-ingredient option in our folate range: choose this when you already take a B12 supplement or a multivitamin and only want the folate. For folate plus B12 in one tablet, Ferex is the one.

How to use
