2.       What are the shipping charges & time?

 We currently offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is over Rs. 850/. Shipping  may take 2-4 days.

 

3.       What are the exchange, return and refund policies for ZONEX PHARMA.COM?

Any product may be returned within 7 days of purchase. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please call 0312-9414019 or email us and you’ll receive instruction on how to get an exchange or a refund.

 If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instruction on how to send the product back.
