Ferex pairs 400 mcg of L-methylfolate with 20 mcg of vitamin B12. L-methylfolate is folate in the form the body already uses, so it does not need to be converted first - which matters for the many people whose bodies convert ordinary folic acid poorly. The B12 is there because folate and B12 work together. This is the one in our folate range that carries both.
