AFOLAX (10 SACHET)

Afolax is plain, honest fibre - 4 g of psyllium husk (ispaghol) with 1 g of wheat bran in each 6 g sachet. Psyllium is a soluble fibre that draws water in and adds bulk, which is what keeps digestion regular and comfortable. Nothing added, no stimulant laxative in it.

How to use

Adults and children over 12 years: one sachet in the morning and one in the evening. Children 6-12 years: half a sachet morning and evening, or as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Children under 6 years only on a healthcare professional's advice. Take with a full glass of water.
