Holfer is an iron tablet built around ferrous bisglycinate - the chelated form that is gentler on the stomach than ordinary iron salts. 27 mg of iron with vitamin C to help absorb it, plus folic acid, B12 and B3. If iron tablets have upset your stomach before, this is the form to try.
Composition
Each tablet contains
- Iron as Ferrous Bisglycinate (USP) — 27 mg
- Vitamin C (USP) — 50 mg
- Folic Acid (USP) — 200 mcg
- Vitamin B12 (USP) — 2 mcg
- Vitamin B3 (USP) — 5 mg
