Efzocal-C in sachet form - the same calcium and vitamin C combination as our effervescent tablet, mixed into water as a drink. Each 6 g sachet carries 1000 mg calcium lactate gluconate, 327 mg calcium carbonate and 500 mg vitamin C. Sachets suit anyone who finds a tube of tablets awkward to carry.
