EFZOCAL-C (10 TABLETS)

Efzocal-C is an effervescent tablet that dissolves in a glass of water - 1000 mg calcium lactate gluconate and 327 mg calcium carbonate together with 500 mg of vitamin C. Easier to take than a swallowed calcium tablet, and the vitamin C dose is high enough to count towards daily immune support on its own.

Composition

Each tablet contains

• Calcium Lactate Gluconate — 1000 mg
• Calcium Carbonate — 327 mg
• Vitamin C (BP) — 500 mg

How to use
