This is the 20-tablet pack of Calgenex - the same calcium, vitamin D, K2, magnesium and zinc formula as the 30-tablet size, in a smaller box. At the usual twice-daily dose it is a 10-day course, which makes it the right pack to start with. For a longer run, the 30-tablet pack costs less per tablet.
Composition
Each tablet contains
- Calcium Carbonate (USP) — 400 mg
- Vitamin D (USP) — 100 IU
- Magnesium (USP) — 150 mg
- Vitamin K2 (USP) — 12.5 mcg
- Zinc Oxide (USP) — 5 mg

How to use
